A Dedication to the Volvo we Love...

Staying with Lichtys has not been a problem when it comes to anything, especially fitting in with the vehicles! Roger has been a HUGE blessing to Shane over the last 3 years of owning our 'False Prophet' with guesses, answers, and parts.

At the Lichty residence there are currently 6 volvos! Shane and Roger couldn't pass up the opportunity (which I think was a FUN idea!!) to get a picture of them all.













Our FP is now up for sale. Lord willing we can sell it in 2 weeks, but it will be a sad day!

Visas In Hand

We came home this weekend from our trip to Belleville, and picked up our FedEx package with our visas in our passports! Yeah! Now it is pack, pack, pack!!!

Departure Date

We are 'home' in S. Ontario! Yeah!!

We leave on November 13th! Wow. Not too long now! :)

Yearly Retreat

NTM has their yearly retreat, north of Sanford, so this year we got to enjoy a bit of it. Before we headed up we spent the morning trying to send our paperwork to the Indo Embassy in Toronto, but ran into a few complications. (We will just send it all in when we arrive back in Canada.)

We finally met Dave & Bec and headed out to lunch! Mmm This was a fun place they like to go each year.

And, as we were almost 'home', waiting at a light, I checked out the debree.... There were 5 pennies! I had to joke with Shane as to whether I should get out and pick them up! :) (I didn't.)

Old Friends from the Past

I say 'old' loosely, some were older when I was 4, but they still look the same. We have met people again that their kids were 4 and now we look the same to them as well. :) All part of getting older! :) Anyway, it was really neat to be able to cross paths with people I knew growing up in Panama and to get to talk about where God has us. Very neat.

I got to hang out with my friend, Debbie, for a few hours! It was really nice to sit and visit over a yummy lunch in a fun place. We thought another friend, Bonnie, would be able to join us but she wasn't feeling well.
